As an outsourced anti-money laundering (“AML”) compliance firm, WM-AML and vCAMLO deal far more often with business information than PI. Where we come into contact with PI via the business clients that we service, it is our policy not to store or house this information in any form beyond the timeframe for which it is needed to fulfill the purpose for which it was shared with us or as required by law. Regardless of whether the information is business related or PI, WM-AML and vCAMLO are committed to implementing effective safeguards.
